Nel presente articolo, l’Autrice, docente presso la Universidad Europea de Madrid, si interroga circa la missione che sono chiamate a svolgere le facoltà di giurisprudenza in un mondo in cui il lavoro e la società stanno sperimentando profondi cambiamenti. Spiega inoltre quali siano le metodologie introdotte nel piano didattico relativo ai tre insegnamenti facenti capo all’area del diritto del lavoro, perseguendo l’obiettivo che gli alunni “imparino ad imparare” e acquisiscano le competenze che si richiedono al giurista del XXI secolo.

In this article, the Author, professor at the Universidad Europea de Madrid, debates the mission that involve Law Schools in a world where work and society are undergoing profound transformations. Explains as well the methodologies that have been implemented in in the didactic plan regarding the three subjects belonging to the Labor Law area, with the objective that students “learn by doing” and acquire the skills required of the jurist of the XXI century.
