Ricerche recenti sui millennials evidenziano diversi stili di apprendimento, di lavoro e fabbisogni formativi per certi versi “imprevisti”. Il contributo partendo dallo scenario emergente anche in riferimento al nuovo processo Industria 4.0, vuole discutere sulle possibili innovazioni metodologiche e curricolari della formazione universitaria, e sulle possibili ricadute.

Recent researches about millennials highlight different learning and work styles and training needs in some way “unexpected”. The paper, starting from the emerging scenario also with references to the new Industry 4.0 process, aims to discuss the possible methodological and curricular innovations of university education, and the possible consequences.
