Dr. Daria V. Chernyaeva • National Reasearch University - Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia
Associate Professor of Labour and Employment Law, and director of ‘Center for Comparative Analysis of the Regulation of Labour’ (Center CART) at the National Research University-Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russsia. She is also head of International Cooperation for Higher School Juriprudence(HSJur) of the university. She has been teaching comparative and International Labour and Employment Law in the same.
Her research interest mainly focuses on comparative law issues and regulation of transnational employment relations.
