L’articolo fa il punto sullo scenario normativo e politico dei fondi interprofessionali generatosi a seguito dalla lettera dell’Autorità Nazionale Anti Corruzione del gennaio 2016. Viene sottolineato il vuoto normativo messo in evidenza da quel documento e dal successivo dibattito tra le Istituzioni coinvolte e le Parti Sociali costituenti i fondi. Viene approfondito anche come tale dibattito riguardi il ruolo dei fondi all’intero delle Politiche Attive e Passive del Lavoro e come sia importante definire una volta per tutte i criteri di funzionamento dei fondi anche in funzione della loro partecipazione alla nuova Rete Nazionale per le Politiche Attive.

The article focuses on the regulatory and policy scenarios of the Interprofessional Funds created by the National Anti-Corruption Authority letter of January 2016. The article describes the regulatory gap highlighted by that document and by the subsequent debate between the institutions involved and the Social Parties constituting the Funds. The article also explores how this debate relates to the role of the Funds in the entire Active and Passive Labor Policy and how it is important to define once for all the Fund’s operational criteria also in view of their participation in the new National Network for Active Policies.
