Scopo del presente contributo è quello di svolgere alcune riflessioni relative al ruolo ed alle strategie di intervento dei fondi interprofessionali e alla possibilità che essi diventino strumenti capaci di offrire una formazione in linea con i cambiamenti che stanno investendo il mercato del lavoro in senso lato e specificatamente il modo di lavorare delle nuove generazioni.

The purpose of this contribution is to carry out some reflections relating to the role and strategies of intervention of the Interprofessional Founds and on the possibility that they become instruments capable of offering a training in line with the changes that are investing the labour market in the broadest sense and specifically the way of working of the new generations.
