L’attuazione delle linee-guida sui tirocini in Veneto presenta diversi aspetti di originalità non rintracciabili in altre esperienze regionali che riguardano in particolare l’affermazione del ruolo delle parti sociali nella qualificazione del tirocinio, la valorizzazione delle piccole imprese con meno di venti dipendenti, il mantenimento di specifiche disposizioni con riguardo alle diverse tipologie di tirocinio e ai differenti obiettivi formativi, l’introduzione di un sistema di monitoraggio e la definizione di requisiti per l’attivazione volto a contrastare gli abusi e incentivare l’utilizzo genuino dei tirocini. Il presente testo si sofferma sugli elementi di innovatività spiegandone i motivi e ad approfondendo le ragioni della differenziazione rispetto alle linee-guida.

The implementation of Guidelines on Traineeships in Veneto presents several aspects of originality that can not be traced to other regional experiences that concern in particular the affirmation of the role of the social partners in the qualification of the internship, the valorization of small business enterprises, the maintenance of specific provisions with regard to the different types of training and the different training objectives, the introduction of a monitoring system and the definition of requirements for activation aimed at combating abuse and encouraging the genuine use of traineeships. The item focuses on the elements of innovativeness explaining the reasons and deepening the reasons for the differentiation with respect to the Guidelines.
