Il contributo si concentra sulle nuove professionalità che si stanno sviluppando all’interno dei provider di welfare aziendale e che risultano strategiche per la loro competitività. In primis è stata realizzata una ricostruzione del contesto entro cui tali soggetti operano mettendo in evidenza come la recente espansione del welfare aziendale ha aperto per loro inediti spazi di azione. In secondo luogo, sono state definite le caratteristiche dei provider che in questo nuovo mercato operano. Infine, sono stati individuati al loro interno alcuni profili professionali alla luce dell’evoluzione più complessiva della dimensione della professionalità nell’ambito del welfare e, più in generale, nel mercato del lavoro.

This paper is focus on the new professionalities of company welfare providers, functional to their competitiveness. At the first, the article makes an overview about the recent spreading out of company welfare in Italy to underline the process of expansion of a new market of service and the creation of new opportunity for these actors. Then it considers the different type of providers, their features and their increasing inside this new market. Finally, it defines some professions in the frame of general evolution of professionality concept in the field of welfare and in the labour market.
