Il presente contributo ha la finalità di individuare le caratteristiche della formazione erogata ai lavoratori somministrati in Italia attraverso il fondo bilaterale Forma.temp. L’indagine muove dalla centralità che ha assunto tale tema con l’entrata in vigore del Jobs Act, che conferisce alle agenzie per il lavoro un ruolo fondamentale nella gestione delle politiche occupazionali, a fronte della discontinuità del lavoro e dello skill mismatch. Individuate le modalità di funzionamento e le tipologie formative erogate dal fondo, anche alla luce dell’andamento del settore, si tracceranno alcuni profili di criticità nell’impiego delle risorse, intravedendo, infine, alcune prospettive di implementazione del sistema.

Arianna D'Ascenzo Training policies in the Temporary Agency Work sector in Italy

The present essay aims at outlining the features of training measures delivered to temporary agency workers in Italy through the bilateral fund, Forma.temp. The research stems from the relevance that such issue has gained after the Jobs Act entered into force, confering Temporary Agencies a fundamental role in the employment policies’ management, to face the discontinuity of work and skills mismatch. Pointed out the means of functioning and the training measures delivered by the fund, in the light of the sector’s trend as well,some criticalities in the use of the resources will be marked, to outline some prospects of implementing the system.
