ZINA YACOUB Riflessioni sull’uso del telelavoro ai tempi della pandemia di Covid-19: Difficoltà, disparità e prospettiva

Obiettivi: Questo articolo offre alcuni elementi di riflessione in un’ottica di valutazione del telelavoro ai tempi della pandemia di Covid-19, alla luce dei risultati ottenuti rispetto al lavoro in presenza. Metodologia: Questo studio si basa su un approccio empirico e comparativo basato sull’esperienza del telelavoro durante la pandemia e su un’analisi giuridico-normativa dei sistemi esistenti e/o adottati. Risultati: Questa ricerca mette in evidenza alcune difficoltà e disparità legate al telelavoro per concludere sulla necessità di un quadro giuridico adeguato e di una razionale ibridazione del lavoro. Limiti e implicazioni: lo studio si limita a fornire una panoramica delle grandi linee dell’uso del telelavoro imposto dalla pandemia e non può essere esaustivo di tutte le conseguenze che ne derivano. La ricerca in questo ambito prevede un’indagine abbastanza ampia e approfondita dei sistemi introdotti in tale ambito, con un passo indietro nel tempo per una valutazione più trasparente. Originalità: la ricerca ha la particolarità di instillare una riflessione su alcuni aspetti problematici del telelavoro che confluiscono in una valutazione complessiva nell’ottica di una visione più realistica delle sfide della digitalizzazione del lavoro.

ZINA YACOUB Reflections on the use of telework in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic: Difficulties, disparities and prospects

Objectives: This article offers some elements of reflection from a perspective of evaluating telework in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, in the light of the results obtained in comparison with face-to-face work. Methodology: This study is based on an empirical and comparative approach based on the experience of telework during the pandemic, and a legal-normative analysis of existing and/or adopted systems. Results: This research highlights certain difficulties and disparities related to telework to conclude on the need for an adequate legal framework and a rational hybridization of work. Limits and implications: This study is limited to giving an overview of the broad outlines of the use of teleworking imposed by the pandemic, and cannot be exhaustive of all the resulting consequences. Research in this area involves a fairly broad and in-depth investigation of the systems introduced in this area, with a step back over time for a more transparent evaluation. Originality: This research has the particular feature of instilling reflection on several problematic aspects of teleworking which converge in an overall assessment with a view to a more realistic vision of the challenges of the digitalization of work.
